My research interest involves exploring educators' implicit beliefs and explicit views about children’s learning, facilitation of learning and its effectiveness. Teachers' conceptions and theories of learning and children's thinking may correlate with their setting pedagogical goals and planning the teaching process, the choice of strategies and techniques, and also with teachers' reactions to events. Exploring beliefs and enlarging methodological knowledge can have an impact on the success of teachers' pedagogical work and the attitudes related to the profession and teaching.
