As part of our joint Erasmus+ ICM project with Korolenko Pedagogical University in Poltava, PhD student Vladyslav Hannuschenko arrived at TÓK for a three-week doctoral mobility from April 12 to May 3, 2026. Vladyslav is pursuing his doctoral studies in English literature; his research topic is: The travel genre in English-language literature of the United States and Canada from the 1990s to the 2010s. During his time with us, he consulted with our literary colleagues Maya Lo Bello and Marcell Hoványi, as well as with Valéria Árva, the project coordinator, and observed Maya Lo Bello’s literature classes. He was also assisted by Dávid Kontra, who provided support for his research conducted at the ELTE Library. Before his departure, Vlad Hannuschenko participated in a joint online consultation with Valéria Árva and his home advisor, Prof. Marina Zuenko, during which they also discussed opportunities for academic collaboration between the faculties.
