THINGS TO DO BEFORE, DURING AND AFTER THE MOBILITY
BEFORE THE MOBILITY
Information about accommodation
Registration certificate (for EU students only)
Residence permit (for non-EU students only)
Apply for the orientation day
Get your Neptun password (after you were issued with a Neptun ID) – mandatory!
DURING THE MOBILITY
Extension request
All extension requests from autumn to spring must be made until the nomination deadline, that is 10 November.
Please note that your extension request is not guaranteed. It mainly depends on the available places left on our Erasmus+ Inter- Institutional Agreement to extend the mobility (e.g., if an agreement has 2 mobilities for 10 months (5 each), and two students are already studying with us for autumn then there is no room for extension).
It also depends on how many applicants we have for spring – they come as priority, then we check how many available places we can fill in with extending student applications.
All requests coming after the deadline will be declined automatically.
AFTER THE MOBILITY
The Transcript of Records and Certificate of Attendance will be issued after students have completed the following obligations:
have all your grades written in the Neptun system;
you don’t have any pending payment (e.g., sport courses) – how to pay your fees?
you handed in the official Certificate of Attendance document to be filled by the faculty coordinator
Once all of the above-mentioned are sorted, the student status in the Neptun system will be closed.
