Syntax: topicalisation structure, left dislocation

My main research topic is the analysis of topicalisation structures, mainly in English, German and Hungarian. Such structures include  syntactic topicalisation, left dislocation, topic doubling and split or discontinuous topics, as well.

Grammar games and activites in teaching German as a foreign language

Integrated grammar teaching has a place even in early language instruction. Grammar games make practising grammar easier and more effective; moreover, grammar occurs in a communicative context in games.
