There are several options in and around the faculty to eat, have a coffee or do groceries.

At the university

Located in our building we have a small buffet area called Lavender Buffet where you can grab snacks, coffee, soft drink and some smaller hot meals like hot dogs.

If you would like a heartier hot meal option, we recommend Pipitér Menza that you can find on the outer side of the faculty. They serve a great variety of foods from traditional Hungarian ones to vegetarian between 11:00 – 15:00 every day.

You can also bring your own home-made meal to the university and have it heated at the students’ Common Place.

Surrounding shops

There’s a food shop right next to the faculty’s building where you can buy baked goods, soft drinks, chocolate, pre-packed sandwiches, etc.

Opposite to the faculty’s building there’s a great café called ’Budai 3’ with nice variety of coffee, tea, soft drinks, baked goods and sandwiches. You can also have a hot meal for breakfast.

Just a few minutes’ walk from the faculty, there’s a shopping centre called ’MOM Park’ which has everything you might need: restaurants and bars, groceries, drugstore, pharmacy, clothes and shoes, bookshops, phone shops, opticians, sport shop.

Located at the tram line 59 there is a grocery store called SPAR that can also help you out during the long university days.
