Incoming Student Mobility

1. NOMINATION FOR PARTNER UNIVERSITIES
We require our partner universities to send their student nomination until given deadline by following the guidelines below.

After the nomination was confirmed, each nominated student will receive our welcome email with necessary information to start the application process.
2. REGISTRATION FOR INCOMING STUDENTS
Please follow the steps accordingly and send all documents to the following email address until the given deadline.

*The required level of knowledge of English is B2 on Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR). We accept the following certificates:
- Official certificate of completed B2 Language Exam (no specific type).
- Certificate of knowledge of English written by university staff, preferably your English teacher.
- We do not accept the OLS test result!
After completion of the registration process and the faculty found all documents sufficient, a Letter of Acceptance will be issued to the student.

3. BEFORE THE MOBILITY

4. DURING THE MOBILITY

All extension requests from autumn to spring must be made until the nomination deadline, that is 10 November.
Please note that your extension request is not guaranteed. It mainly depends on whether there are available places left on our Erasmus+ Inter- Institutional Agreement to extend the mobility (e.g., if an agreement has 2 mobilities for 10 months (5 each), and two students are already studying with us for autumn then there is no room for extension).
It also depends on how many applicants we have for spring – they come as priority, then we check how many available places we have to fill in with extending student applications.
All requests coming after the deadline will be declined automatically.
5. AFTER THE MOBILITY
The Transcript of Records and Certificate of Attendance will be issued after the students has completed the following obligations:
- have all your grades written in the Neptun system;
- you don’t have any pending payment (e.g., sport courses) – how to pay your fees?
- you filled in the questionnaire provided by the faculty coordinator (you’ll receive this in May/June and/or December/January via email);
- you handed in the official Certificate of Attendance document to be filled by the faculty coordinator
Once all of the above-mentioned are sorted, the student status in the Neptun system will be closed.
