English-language dance house
On November 17, 2022 students and teachers from the Fót Professional Secondary School of Hungarian Folk Arts held an English-language dance house event for both our international and Hungarian students. After some traditional dances and the clothing items that are a part of traditional Hungarian folk dress were shown, participants could learn the steps to dances from different regions. The rest of the evening was spent practicing our newfound dance abilities and enjoying the great company and lively music! This event was organized by Dr. Maya Lo Bello, Adjunct Professor at the Department of Foreign Languages and Literature, and Levente Tóth, a senior-year dance student of Fót’s Class of Dance Arts.
