“Does the practice of distributed pedagogical leadership support and enhance teachers' performance in the classroom?”

The topic of the roundtable discussion is pedagogical leadership with a special emphasis on distributed pedagogical leadership which is still a novelty in international context.

 What does pedagogical leadership mean? Why is it interesting and significant? What is the background story of this notion? Is there a relationship between the peculiarities of the leadership and the efficacy of the education? Do good practices exist in this field?

The invited guest researchers from Spain, Kenya and Oman share and dispute their in-practice experiences with the guests on the spot and online. Due to the novel nature of the topic, short introductory talks are held at the beginning of the event.
