Online entrance exam process

After uploading all the required application documents, letter of motivation, and medical certificates, the applicant will take a professional online entrance examination organised by the Admission Committee of the Eötvös Loránd University, Faculty of Primary and Pre-School Education.

Online aptitude tests (approx. 20 minutes)

Parts of the online aptitude Test:

1. Language aptitude test in English – written (Motivation letter)
   Language aptitude test in English – oral
   The language aptitude test in English is defined as evaluating the candidate’s potential for an intermediate-level English language competence. The assessment will contain an interview based on the letter of motivation.

2. Speech aptitude is specially designed to evaluate whether the candidate has good communicative competences; his/her speech is qualified for the teacher’s profession, and the ability to acquire the curricula of the pre-primary’s language education.

The candidate needs to pass all of the aptitude tests.
Place of entrance examination: Online

During the entrance interview, should the examiners detect the usage of any outside source (such as a translator or the presence of a third person who is aiding the applicant), the applicant will be automatically disqualified. Reading aloud from prepared texts or notes will result in a severe deduction of points from the English assessment section. We highly encourage applicants to use their own words and express their own thoughts.
