Social Entrepreneurship Education in Childhood

Eötvös Loránd University Faculty of Primary and Pre-School Education is hereby inviting teachers and researchers to its international online scientific conference, thematic exhibition and professional workshop entitled Social Entrepreneurship Education in Childhood. The conference taking place on 5 to 15 December 2020.

It is the first occasion in Hungary to focus on this area of education based on the results of the UKids Erasmus+ international project. During the novel ten-day-long event, it is possible to watch video recordings, browse professional and methodological materials in the exhibition rooms anytime the participants wish, and there are live conference presentations and workshops in English and Hungarian for three days.

Participation is free of charge; however, registration is required for the online availability. Applicants should sign up at oktataskutatok@gmail.com for the links of registration and participation with a detailed brochure.

Schedule of the thematic live sections:

5 December 2020, 10am to 2pm An entrepreneurial education tour around the world (in English)

11 December 2020, mid-morning Social entrepreneurship education, developing social skills at school (in Hungarian)

11 December 2020, 2pm to 5 pm Entrepreneurship education in childhood (in English)

12 December 2020, 10am to 4pm Social entrepreneurship education at school: a panoramic view with the help of the implemented UKids projects and related research findings.
10am to 1pm: fifteen-minute-long thematic presentations on implemented projects by elementary school teachers, university educators and students
1pm to 3pm: Methodological roundtable: how can social entrepreneurship education be realised in the everyday life of kindergartens and schools? Moderated by habilitated docent Hercz Mária, ELTE Faculty of Primary and Pre-School Education and Ildikó Józsa deputy director, leader of the practical teacher training
